We are excited to announce that KHI Technologies now offers Garter Springs. We have purchased equipment to offer our customers both assembled and non assembled garter springs. Our new offering brings garter springs as small as 0.006″ wire diameter to as large as 0.080″ wire diameter, with lengths as long as 100 foot wound on carriers. We offer various types of connections from reduced ends, hook and eye and even spring end connections.
We also offer materials from Stainless Steel or even Exotic Alloys.

KHI Technologies LLC has responded to the needs of the market by creating a quick turn
prototyping service specially designed for engineers looking for a quick turn evaluation of
design samples. Prototypes of compression, extension, and torsion springs as well as wire
forms can be shipped in selected wire sizes in 1-5 days for a range of carbon and stainless steel materials. Now, engineers can quickly determine if a spring design meets the intended
performance criteria before placing orders with large minimum quantities or long lead times.
As of 2022 KHI has a new product offering. We can supply garter springs from as small as 0.006″ to 0.030″ in wire diameter.
